If you have always dreamed of whizzing around in some mean military machinery, then it’s time to pinch yourself because this is your chance. You will be pounding around in all sorts of different vehicles during the experience, depending on which location you choose. These could include an Armoured Personnel Carrier designed to carry troops into battle, the Ferret Scout Car used as a light reconnaissance vehicle and still in use today, a 17-ton Self Propelled Abbot Gun, the Snowcat which can operate on snow, marshes or on soft desert sand or even a 55-ton Chieftain Main Battle Tank.

    * As part of a small group you will be given a safety briefing followed by driving experience in up to three different military vehicles

What happens on the day:
    * Minimum Age: 14-18 (under 18’s need parental/guardian) consent.
    * Minimum Height: 4'8"- 5’ (142 - 152cms)
    * Maximum Height: 6'4”(193cms)
    * Maximum Weight: 18 stone (114kg)
    * Fitness/medical conditions: You should be in reasonable health and agile enough to climb into the vehicles which can be high and awkward to enter.
    * Qualification/Experience: A full UK or European driving licence may be required at some of the venues.
    * Seasonal winter closures may apply
    * Dress Code: Old sturdy, flat weatherproof shoes and comfortable casual clothing suitable for the time of the year and weather conditions - be prepared for mud, water and/or dust.
