Fancy yourself as a budding Ellen MacArthur, harnessing nature’s resources and cutting across the water under the power of the wind? Experience the joy of sailing with a half day or a full day course under the guidance of a qualified instructor learning the skills of sailing a yacht or dinghy. A great introduction to the fun of sailing.
What's included:

What happens on the day:
When you arrive you will be issued with safety clothing and buoyancy aids etc. There will be a safety briefing and an outline of the course, before heading off in the sailing craft for a demonstration by the instructor and then hands-on sailing.
Need to know:
* Minimum age 12 (under 18's need parental/guardian consent)
* You should be in reasonable health and agile enough to climb around the vessel
* Maximum weight 18 stone (114kgs)
* The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue
