Relax and unwind with a day of pure indulgence. You and a friend will get the chance to enjoy a perfect ‘me’ day at a Heaven V Spa, Bannatyne Fitness or Spirit health club. Two treatments for each person such as a facial and back massage are included and you’ll both get a day’s membership to your chosen venue. Enjoy full access to available fitness and leisure facilities typically including a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool spa, gym and relaxation area.

Please be aware that you will be sharing the facilities with other guests which may include families with children.

* Suitable for women or men
* Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer
* Not all venues are available 7 days a week
* Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy
* Treatments at some venues are 30 mins each which will include customer changing time
* The Relaxation Day experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue
