What happens on the day:
You will be briefed on the balloon ride before take-off. As part of the experience, you may participate in helping set up the balloon and also to pack it away after landing. The retrieve crew will follow the balloon and meet you after the landing to return you to the launch site. You should allow approximately 3-4 hours in total for your trip and the retrieve, depending upon conditions on the day.
Need to know:
* Minimum age 12. Under-16's must be accompanied by an adult (under 18’s need parental/guardian consent)
* You should be in reasonable health and agile enough to climb in and out of the basket!
* Minimum height 4’6” (137cms)
* Maximum weight 18 stone (114kgs)
* Seasonal closures may apply
* The balloon ride experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue
